 All items are shipped from our headquarters located in Washington, DC. Packages ship out in 1-3 business days. 

We offer Priority 2-3 day USPS shipping on all US orders. All deliveries are tracked. After you place your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please reach out to our customer service at within 48 hours after receiving your order.

If you would like a refund, please note that we do not pay for the return shipping. Once we receive the item(s) will issue you a full refund minus the original shipping costs. We do not issue refunds or store credit on Final Sale items. 

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days after receiving your order. Any returns postmarked after 7 days will receive store credit for the total order amount including shipping. 

If you received a damaged item, we're sorry and we will send you a replacement piece. If you believe your item is faulty, please email us with your name and order number as well as an explanation of what is wrong to within 30 days of purchase.
