Refund Policy + Cancellations

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at within 48 hours after receiving your order. We will contact you within 24-48 hours. 

If you would like a refund, please note that we do not pay for the return shipping. Once we receive the item(s) will issue you a full refund minus the original shipping costs. We do not issue refunds or store credit on Final Sale items. 

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days after receiving your order. Any returns postmarked after 7 days will receive store credit for the total order amount including shipping. 

If you received a damaged item, we're sorry and we will send you a replacement piece. If you believe your item is faulty, please email us with your name and order number as well as an explanation of what is wrong to within 30 days of purchase.


We do not cancel orders after 24hours of being placed.
